School Games Mark

The School Games Mark is a Government led awards scheme launched in 2012 to reward schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community. In September 2016 we were awarded a Gold Award. This award reflects many different sporting aspects of the school: including the number and variety of sports clubs we offer and how many children take part, the number of extra-curricular events organised and attended termly and the quality of PE taught. The mark shows our outstanding commitment to school sport and is also highly recognised by OfSTED.
