Open Day Visits for Reception Children Places for September 2023

Thank you for your interest in Horton Primary CEVA for your child starting school in September 2024 (will be aged 4 years on 31st August 2024). We are very proud of our school and would love you to visit. As a small school, we are privileged to be able to meet prospective new students and their families individually by appointment, so that you can get a true picture of our school on a normal day.

It's our wonderful children and staff that make Horton so special, so some of our older pupils will be delighted show you around and tell you all about it. You will be able to see the children in their classrooms and say hello to the staff as well. Mrs Berry (Executive Head) will be available to have a chat and answer any questions you may have. These short ‘tour and talk’ visits normally last 20-30 minutes.

Online application form will be available for you to complete at www.southglos.gov.uk/admission – from  10th September 2022

Closing date for submission of applications – 15th  January 2023

Parents/carers notified of the outcome of their application – 17th April 2023 

Parents/carers to respond to the offer of a school place – 2nd  May 2023
