Swallow Class had a wonderful time up at Horton Camp Hillfort! An amazing guide from Historic England took us up to the Hillfort and taught us lots about the lives of the Ancient Brits who would have lived in Horton.

In Forest school last week, we combined some activities linked to Chinese New Year with something quite messy but fun... Mud! We also learnt the story of how the animals got to be named in the Chinese calendar, why the colour red is important, played a fun game on the playground and finally made a hanging decoration with Chinese writing on it, painted with mud!

Our awesome Owls have been designing and making their own photo frames out of wood this week. Take a look at their beautiful final products.

Our amazing Robins Class designed and made their own wheelie toys out of wood last week. Look at how incredible their finished products are!

Swallows have had a lovely time designing and sewing their own Christmas tree decorations in DT. The children have really taken pride in their creations and have worked incredibly hard to produce such wonderful decorations. Here are the final products.

Take a look at the beautiful artwork that has been produced by our super talented Swallows. The children have been developing their skills throughout the Autumn term and here are their final pieces. What amazing artists we have at Horton!
