Managing Medical Needs

 

Pupils with medical needs will be supported in school in accordance with the 'Children with Medical Needs' Policy - https://www.hortonprimary.org.uk/policies/

 

If your child needs to take a prescribed medication within school time, please complete a copy of the 'Parental Agreement for Setting to Administer Medicine' form to enable us to support them safely with this. A paper version of this form is always available from the office.
