Children are involved in all aspects of the school and help make decisions.

Our school council comprises of a representative from each year group who is voted for by their class. The council members change annually.

The aims of our school council are as follows:

• Represent the ideas and opinions of Horton CE VA Primary School pupils
• Improve the school for the pupils
• Make Horton CE VA Primary School  a safer place to be
