Open Day Visits for Reception Places for September 2026

Thank you for your interest in Horton Primary CEVA for your child starting school in September 2026 (will be aged 4 years on 31st August 2026). We are very proud of our school and would love you to visit. As a small school, we are privileged to be able to meet prospective new students and their families in small groups, so that you can get a true picture of our school on a normal day.

You will be able to see the children in their classrooms and say hello to the staff as well. Mr Dean Hudd (Executive Head Teacher) will be available to have a chat and answer any questions you may have. It's our wonderful children and staff that make Horton so special, so some of our older pupils will be delighted show you around and tell you all about it.

We would love to see you at one of our 'Open Day' events on the following dates:

Wednesday   24th September    9.30am

Tuesday          14th October          2pm

Thursday        13th November     9.30am

Reception 2026-27 applications

A booklet is available to download from the internet at www.southglos.gov.uk/admissions along with an online application form. The final submission date for your application is 15th January 2026.
